PathFinder has taken a proactive approach to improving our services and M/LWD performance.

Our goal is:

To improve performance through continuous communication with our customers.

Towards this goal, we have developed a Performance Analysis Team comprised of QA/QC Specialists devoted entirely to maximizing tool reliability and sensor accuracy.

These Specialists have established a series of strict checks and balances that maintain high standards of performance for our equipment. Highly Accelerated Life testing and Highly Accelerated Stress screening qualify our assembled equipment and provide the means to test electronics tO perform under downhole conditions. Similarly, Operations Management focuses the attention of the QA/QC personnel on those parallel details that make the system both mechanically and economically effective.

A comprehensive pre-well analysis sets the stage for a successful project and includes:

• Offset Well Log and Drilling Record Analysis
• Site Specific Training Requirements e.g. Safety, Survival, Sour Gas, etc.
• Documentation and Communication to Sales, Operations and the Customer
• Updates and Adjustments to Directional and/or Logging Plans

End-of-Well Performance Reports provide a detailed record of the project and may contain a description of events leading up to a service interruption. It offers a clear explanation of tool/component function and any corrective actions required to prevent future service issues.

PathFinder will address each project with the careful examination of every tool function, operating environment and parameter to arrive at a root cause. This process leads to an improved and increased level of understanding of the job.
